By the time Jasmine separated from Levi, her mind was a mess. No matter how she thought about it, something felt wrong.

Every one of them, whether her friends or foes had some sort of history that made them what they became.

She never suspected her father all this while. Even at a moment like this, her heart rejected the thought of his treachery.

It was because of the trust she had given him that she needed to confront him. He might have hidden something from them all.

As far as she is concerned, if he turns out to be guilty, her trust would be shuttered again.

This made her hesitate when it came to confronting Edgar. Instead, she went in search of her beloved. He might as well be the only person who gave her everything without holding back.

Jayden was busy in a meeting when Jasmine showed up at the company. Not wanting to disturb him, she got inside his office and lay on the couch waiting for him.
