River watched as Asher continued to attack the creature in front of the two, a frown coming on his face.
Though his attacks are powerful enough to blow everything away from the vicinity, it hardly did anything to the creature who just shrugged the attacks away as though they tickled.
From the corner of his eyes, he spotted, what looked like, a tail charging at the man while the creature swung its long head relentlessly.
This is bad. This is really bad. He thought, trying to get his body to move but it refused to listen to him as pain just shot up throughout his body.
"Asher! You need to run!" River shouted, trying to get to his feet as blood spurt out of the wood peeking out of his body. The man didn't have the chance to hear River as the creature screamed a blood-curdling roar, shaking the environment around them.
