This novel is so sad and just abusing the female lead. I mean she gets raped on her 18 birthday and got food poison on her collage examination. Then got into a stupid marriage where he is not really treat the way she is suppose to be treated.

I don't really like it, specially in the beginning. I haven't even finished the first chapter before I drop it cause I don't like how the novel start off. The ml is a rapist. He's too cruel and heartless for my liking. I, personally don't really mind rape scene sometimes....but what the ml had done was too much. So I don't like him, ml left me a vey bad first impression of him. The fl has no backbone. She's too coward. Even when she was raped, she let it pass just because she thought that person who raped her was too powerful. I know that what she did can be considered okay, but at least it should be her breaking point and could have start to grow some backbone. But she did not, stayed being passive and a pushover, she didn't have even a bit of balls to move away and start a new. Fl is sooo not my cup of tea.

My review is a little high compared to my opinion. It's only for the writing quality and female lead. I hate the Male lead, he's a heartless bas*** and a rapist. I never felt as much disgust about reading rape in similar styled novels before as this one. The Female lead isn't a strong character ,but it all the more makes it realistic and I really like her. Its worth the read for the female lead but I absolutely hate the Male lead. I literally used the word 'hate' which I rarely use for him. If any of you guys are uncomfortable about rape, I don't recommend this one. As it was too much for even me who is usually more indifferent to the ML violating the FL.

The author has issues to write a novel where the ML rapes a woman then forces her to marry him, then rapes her again. From the first chapter, this novel is nothing but torture after torture for the FL. Not for me

I don't know what to think about this novel. I'm curious enough about the FL's development but everyone else can really just...buzz off. The ML is overbearingly annoying and a ra****. He claims it's justified because of his anger but then he regrets it, so he's repenting now. The FL is stubborn and occasionally shows her strong points, but then she flips back to dead-fish mode. I would give this a 2.5 but I'm curious enough about the FL's story.

Characters are more layered than the usual. FL is likeable from the start. The ML is shrouded in mystery, do we want to like him or do we want to hate him?

I never really rant about a book but this books was is frustrating and depressing for me. So I tried to read the raw towards the end and I still don't like it. Apparently the FL went through a lot to point of having her twins taken away from her and the other twin has autism. I don't like the ml at all even though he loved fl in a way. But I'll still give this a 5 because this book is proof that life is bittersweet.

i rarely give reviews unless the novel is really good that i can'y help myself. this is one of those. the story is really interesting. i can't wait to see the development of their story. although there are scenes that are a bit abusive but it is not over the top. hope this novel will continue to update
