章 33: Ch. 1
Humans.
A simple but complex race. So many rules, cultures and traditions. So many characteristics among a single race. However numerous the differences between humans were, there was one set of attributes that insisted on setting them apart.
They were the talk of myth and legends. The subject of fairy tales and children's book. Turned into comic stories and movies. Any normal person would laugh and say, "It's only fiction." But deep inside humanity, there lay another breed of humans.
Mutants.
They had been around since Feudal Japan, when a weapon smith cut himself while making army weapons. Him and a few others had descendants who inherited their powers. Some manipulated the atmosphere. Some could bend the elements to their will. Some could move at the speed of light and sound combined. Some could bend the mind to their will. Yet others, they could bend emotions and feelings, however and whenever they wish.
And even more...there are mutants that manipulate shadows. Darkness. Life draining powers. Vampiric powers.
Mutants came in all different shapes, sizes, religions, races, nationalities, occupations. They were accepted as normal in some places, but shunned in others. Some viewed them as the scourge of the earth. Fanatics saw them as saviours of the universe. But to mutants?
They saw themselves like everyone else.

LaraRed Compared to last edition, this version hopes to describe the world the story will take place in. It hopes to focus on the story in a narrative fashion instead of a film script. It'll still remain 18+,just with a bit more body to it. ;)
