章 234: Wilson Oil

My quest on getting to know Kane's motives were inconclusive. However, that night, I still called Walker and told him about Kane's first excuse on why he smeared Adrian Spencer's reputation. Of course, Walker did not buy it, but didn't pester me any longer since he knew Kane would not be that forthright with me simply because of nostalgic reasons.

However, Walker still had me attend the shareholder meeting tomorrow in order to gain more information from Kane.

Honestly, with how Kane have changed, I no longer could see through him. Therefore, the only thing that I could do from now on was to guard from him when he arrives at the academy two months later.
