Freya was dumbstruck the moment she heard Luke speaking so sincerely.

She knew exactly why Luke wanted to dine with her, so she was mentally prepared to refuse to dine with him.

The words were at the tip of her tongue, but she swallowed her words and did not know what to say.

The woman looked around nervously before looking out the car window. She had something to say but she was clearly hesitant.

"Freya," said Luke yet again.

Freya promptly snapped out of her thoughts. She finally realized they were already at the culinary school, so she raised her hand and placed it on the car door handle. She wanted to get out of the car.

Freya asked, "Why did you lock the car?"

Luke raised an eyebrow and said roguishly, "Do you plan on running off the moment I have answered all your questions?"
