Kieran was straightening the cutlery, when his hands suddenly froze after hearing Freya's question.

He raised his head to look at Freya with a smile on his thin lips. "Ms. Taylor, do you mean this is not your first time?"

Freya went quiet.

She smiled mildly. "Mr. Anderson, I was the one asking questions. Why did you answer a question with a question?"

"My bad. It simply struck me when you asked. As for me, this is my first time going for a matchmaking session, so I am quite inexperienced."

Freya kept turning her index fingers nervously under the table.

Was the man implying that she was very experienced at going for matchmaking sessions?
