A loud sound woke the people around the woman and two men as they look at the scene in front of their eyes.
On the ground lays an unconscious man while standing beside him is a woman in large spectacles looking calmly while filming everything as if nothing had happened.
When that man tried to grab Ma Mian's phone, she quickly moves to the side to dodge his hand and with a quick grab, she held that man's arm and then she twisted it along with her body and she positioned herself below the man and with one quick move, slammed that guy's body to the ground.
Upon doing so, the man seems to have lost his consciousness and fainted.
She saw that he is still breathing so she is not that worried and looks at the two remaining people who are standing in front of her.
Seeing that their companion is now unconscious on the ground, the two men were immediately enraged as they rushed towards Ma Mian without thinking.
This made her feel relieved as she knew that with her as their target, Yu Qi would be safe.
"Run!" she shouted as she suddenly darted not away from the two men but towards them. The phone in her hand is already in her pocket as she knew that it would be hard for her to fight while filming.
Meanwhile, Yu Qi feels conflicted as she did not want to leave Ma Mian behind. But she knew that she would be dragging Ma Mian if she stayed, so she decided to leave.
But then as she runs to the corner, she saw a spot where she can hide. She immediately takes out her phone and began recording the fight that is happening in the alley.
Ma Mian slowly wrapped her hands with a scarf from her bag. She then tied her hair as she stood in front of the two men who stopped when they are near her.
"You ugly bitch, I will…" the man wanted to say something, but his eyes turned a bit weird upon looking at the woman who suddenly tied her hair into a ponytail.
This is because, in the dark, he could see that this girl is not actually that ugly. In fact, the curve of her face could show her beauty. This made his eyes glowed with greed and a hint of desire.
He suddenly extended his hand to grab Ma Mian, but suddenly he found himself grabbing air as the woman has already closed in and appear in front of him. But before he could do anything, he suddenly felt a strong impact coming from his chin which shook his brain making him feel like fainting.
The man was knocked down with that strike and the other one suddenly showed an angry expression as he grabs Ma Mian.
This time, he was successful as Ma Mian was busy dealing with the other guy at that time. Grabbing her shoulder, the man suddenly turned his body and appears behind Ma Mian.
The faint sweet scent coming from her made the remaining man feel a bit of excitement in his heart. Though this woman looks ordinary and a bit ugly for that matter, she smells really good. Plus from just hugging her body, he could tell that the woman has a good body shape.
However, before he could fantasize he suddenly felt an intense pain coming from his foot.
"Awww…"
Then suddenly his eyes close upon seeing a bunch of black hair coming towards his face.
Bam!
His face hit the back of Ma Mian's head, and then when she was able to escape, she suddenly sent a roundhouse kick towards the man's temple knocking him down to the ground.
All of the men are now on the ground, two are unconscious while the other one is wailing in pain as he spat out his teeth.
Ma Mian did not want to linger as she immediately ran towards the exit of the alley.
However, as soon as she turns around, she saw another group. This time there are five people walking towards her and one of them is a burly man wearing a fluffy animal skin coat while beside him stood and scared Yu Qi.
"Hehe… You are a really good fighter… I like you. You serve me and join my gang, then I will not bother you and your friends anymore." The man said with a smirk on his face.
Seeing this guy, Ma Mian immediately showed a hint of recognition. She actually knew this guy.
This is because when she was attacked at that time as Ma Liling, she saw that this guy was one of them. Plus some of the people behind him are also familiar with Ma Mian. She knew that these people are the same gang that wanted to hurt her. If they discover that she is Ma Liling, then she knew that she would suffer in their hands.
With this in mind and the dire situation, she and Yu Qi are in, Ma Mian truly wanted to run. But she is also worried about her friend Yu Qi. She did not know why Yu Qi did not escape, so now she is feeling a great amount of worry.
"So… Sorry, Ma Mian… I… I implicated you in my problems…" Yu Qi said in a low voice.
"You only wanted me, please let my friend go and take only me." Yu Qi said while suddenly walking towards Ma Mian and standing in front of her.
She wanted to protect Ma Mian and not involve her anymore in this trouble. That man said that someone paid them to teach her a lesson, and now she knew that she accidentally implicated Ma Mian.
Yu Qi's conscience could not take it if she implicated someone innocent with her trouble. She saw that Ma Mian could actually fight which surprised her, but she also knew that Ma Mian would not be able to take on five burly men.
"Hahaha… What can a weak woman do? Even if your friend can fight, can she take on the five of us?" the burly leader said while smirking.
The scene turned silent as Yu Qi's hand began to shiver in fear.
Ma Mian is also out of option. If it is only by herself, she would be able to escape this, but with Yu Qi, she did not know if she still can, well, unscathed that is.
"Well, they can't… but I can…" a cold voice suddenly echoed coming from the entrance of the alley.
