章 65: Evilus...gone!
The next day, after waking up Kazuya did his morning hygiene. After which he directly went to Hephaestus's office.
Knock! Knock!
Arriving there, he knocked on the door. Not long after he heard a voice saying he can come in.
"Come in"
He opened the door and saw Hephaestus busy with some paperwork. "Hephaestus, Good morning"
"Oh! Kazuya, good morning. So, do you need something?" She showed a surprised expression seeing Kazuya.
He nodded, "I'm here to inform you, that I will be out of Orario for maybe a day or two. I need to do some things" He said, he was planning on destroying Rudra Familia now since they are the only ones left of Evilus.
"Alright, but you have to come back within two days," She said, agreeing to his decision.
He nodded, "I promise"
It will probably not take him a long time to destroy Rudra Familia, as although they did have some members left, their number should only be in the two dozens or so.
With that number, he could just use his magic to easily destroy them and their base. Since the base of Rudra Familia was outside of Orario and quite a distance too.
After talking to Hephaestus for a bit, Kazuya soon left. He directly went towards the gate and went outside.
He walked off for about 10 minutes, and when he was far away from the main gate, he took out his car and drove off towards the target place.

He drove for hours until he reaches a place near the Rudra Familia base. He was about 50 meters away from the base. He quickly stored his car back in his inventory.
Then he stared at his targets, like usual there are many guards outside. The main base is a big mansion which he presumes Rudra, their god lives.
"Hmm...I think this place is far away from Orario now right? Maybe I could just blow them up with my magic? But if I killed their god..." He contemplated a bit at the end. A mortal killing a god is a huge sin in this world. Only a fellow god can kill another god.
But it's not like the god that was killed is truly dead, they will just be sent back to heaven. And that's what worries Kazuya a bit since if he killed a god here, there will be a huge pillar of light that will appear. That sight will surely attract attention.
'Oh, f*CK it! I can just use my car and go to Melen swiftly so I will not be suspected. I say that I went to Melen to relax there and with the speed of my car, I should arrive there in just a few hours. And this place is at a mountain anyway so maybe only a few will notice. But just in case I should go to Melen and use that as an Alibi' He thought.
"Yosh! I'll get near more and start chanting" He muttered before walking towards the direction on the base. While walking he was also chanting, and when he was just 20 meters away from the base his magic is ready.
" {Inferno} " He muttered, and just like when he fought Goliath, a big pillar of fire appeared and engulfed the mansion.
"Aaahhh!"
"Enemy attack!"
Screams of agony and panic were heard in the surrounding. Those lucky ones outside the mansion were saved from the effect of the magic spell.
But those inside burned by it, and just after a few seconds of the magic spell being cast, a giant pillar of light appeared coming from inside the mansion, the pillar of light pierce through the sky.
"So with that, I can confirm that Rudra their god is dead and is sent to heaven. Now for the remaining ones" He quickly took out his bow and started shooting arrows at a fast speed.
Swoosh! Swoosh!
He rapidly shoots off arrows from his bow, hitting those running Rudra Familia members or formerly Rudra Familia. He can't let them leave here alive.
"Aahh!"
Screams were heard again as one by one they were so by an arrow. Of course, there are some who spotted him and tried to attack him but he just cot theem up with his sword, hanged in his waist.

"Hmm..." Done with destroying Rudra Familia, Kazuya was now inside his car driving towards Melen. He was humming a song happily while he was on his way to Melen.
Melen is a fishing city located three kilometers to the south west of Orario on the shores of Lolog Lake, a giant brackish water lake that is connected to the sea. Known as "Orario's entrance to the sea", ships from foreign countries visit the city daily to trade goods.
So with the Rudra Familia fully destroyed, Evilus is officially gone. And one of his objectives is now complete, and only one remains.
But he put that back in his mind as he wants to relax on Melen now. Enjoying the food there, and maybe the cool water of the large lake there.
'Yes! Finally a short vacation.' He rejoiced in his mind.
