Everyone in the meeting room stayed quiet when Terrence started talking.

"I could never forget that day…. Some parts of my memories are still a mess but I can tell you this for sure… when my mo… when she fell on the lake someone hit me on the head before I could ask for help…" 

Terrence clenched his fits but soon he felt a familiar hand that made him immediately relax and with a small simile on his lips he took his hand.

Daemon saw his hands together with a satisfied expression.

"It's okay Terry… take your time"

Terrence nodded and after he calmed a little bit he started again.

"It was going to be Erick's birthday soon…and I wanted to give him an unforgettable gift..." he stopped for a moment smiling with bitterness. "That's why I asked the leader of Dahlia's pack to take us to the beach as soon as he came back from his mission… Erick liked the sea and knew more than anyone about it"
