Manyata's POV

He seemed to be in a very good mood today. We enjoyed the journey with some light conversation and music.

He stopped the car somewhere in the midway, we had a light breakfast there. We shared food, laughed and enjoyed a lot.

It was about 9:30 AM when we reached Chandigarh.

He stopped the car in front of the bungalow. We got out of the car and went towards the door. But aunty was already standing there just outside the door. Her happiness knew no bounds. She welcomed me with open arms. Then she went inside and welcomed me in the Indian style.

I still remember how emotional I had become when I saw that aunty welcomed Damini with so much love.

I had felt bad that it was not meant for me as my husband had discarded me.

But now my eyes were moist again to see that I also was a part of this lovely family. And they welcomed me in their lives and home with love.
