In a medium-sized mansion, an old man is currently lying on an old Kang bed in a room filled with medicinal incense smoke. The old man has a grayish complexion which made him look like a ghost. His lips are black and his gray hair has traces of reddish color.

Several old and middle-aged men and women are currently observing the situation while discussing it in a hushed tone among themselves.

"The disease of Old Doctor Hi is very strange and peculiar… I have not seen such disease before…" an old man said with a frown.

"Do you think this is poisoning?" another one suggested.

"No, it is not. I've checked his blood… there are no traces of poison in it. Plus he could use his spirit energy to suppress the disease, so that means that there is no poison in his meridians."
