Within the darkness, a slimy creature slowly emerges from the right side of the wall of the sewer near the center of the whirling water vortex. As it lifted its slimy body it towers and almost covered the water vortex.

"Is… is that a slug?" Zhi Henya muttered with her mouth shaking in fear.

She did not expect that such a monster would appear just under the city.

Although the city is already weird with the super-powered humans and all, yet seeing a monster just below its street made her feel horrified.

She could not imagine what if this monster would suddenly decide to go up in the streets. What would happen to the city then?

"This beast is not a slug, but a leech… a mutated leech." Xin Wei said as he grabbed her arm and drags her behind him.

The leech's body suddenly showed two eyes which are located at the end of its antennae-looking thing.
