章 33: The Devil's Son
In the northern side of the forest, a group of five students were in a tough fight with a middle tire beast. Four boys and one girl wearing a sapphire dress with lighting patterns on it. The beast had a lion like head with sharp teeth and a horse like body and a long arrow pointed tail. It was known as the Arrow tailed horsed lion.
" Prosper throw your spear into it's knee joint." commanded Kim. up
" Okay, make way. "Prosper responded.
" Now....! "
Xia with his sword raised it up and swung it with samson might and put a slight cut on its high leg .Prosper jumped from a distance and stabbed his spear into the knee leaving him hanging in air.
" Back off... Nooow...!" shouted Mayla.
Grrrrrgh! Grrrrrgh! grrrrrgh! Grrrrrgh!
A thunderous roar echoed throughout the small region as the beast pounced on its three remaining legs towards Prosper hitting him hard in the chest sending him flying backwards and landed on the tree trunk vomiting a mouthful of blood.
" Prosper.!"
" Prosper....!"
Pwieeuu pwieeuu pwieeuu pwieeuu
An arrow attack sounded through the air onto the beast but with no damage occuring.The beast's defense was so strong to break.
Grrrrrgh! Grrrrrgh! Grrrrrgh! Grrrrrgh!
Another angry roar sounded as it turned it's head towards the remaining four.
" We can't break the defense. Let's change the formation."
" Let's use bird Formation.Prosper can you still fight?" asked Mayla . Prosper responded with a slight nod.
" Okay, Prosper shall lead the attack at the front. Xia and Kim at the rear side and I'll be at the back."
" Remember to target the eyes." she added.
They quickly changed into the formation as arrows from behind shot onto the head of the beast as it pounced forward.
'' Prosper roll aside. Xia and Kim do it now."
With the new counter attack the Arrow tailed horsed lion missed it target Prosper and looked onto the two in coming swords enter its eyes helplessly. The two swords pierced through its eyes straight into the brain. A roar of sorrow and helplessness sounded as the animal fell onto the ground and cried painfully until it died.
Huuuuu; Huuuuu!
" Finally, I almost died before I even reached the camp.''cried Xia.
" Me too."
" How much do you think are we going to earn from this breast's core?" asked Xia.
" I don't know but I know it will be quite enough.''answered Kim.
" Hey, Mayla. Do you know which direction we shall be taking next.''
" First take care of your beast core and we shall talk."
" What do you mean by that?"
" We have company.''
A few moments later, a group of ten boys came into view. The leader light skinned with red eyes and red hair falling onto his back. His muscular bodied structure gave him an appearance of the son of the devil.
" Boss, it's a middle tire beast that is almost a 3rd grade high tire beast."
" Get the core.''answered the devil's son.
" Hey, who do you think you are?" rebuked Xia angry.
The devil's son looked around as his eyes passed through the four boys like they were air and landed on Mayla who was sitting cleaning her bow. He looked at her dark hair to her fairly snow white, blue lips , sapphire dress and then the bow and arrows she cleaning.
" Hey I'm talking to you." Xia shouted angry. A proud person like him had been ignored even for once in his life time. The devil's son had a sour face as he turned to look at the four and then ordered.
" Too much noise.Beat them up and take the core. Leave the girl to me."
" Yes, sir."they bowed and then attacked without warning.
Punches and kicks ran throughout the air as screams could be heard throughout. The four were beaten to an extent that all their clothes were torn and bloody wounds all over their bodies.
The devil's son walked towards Mayla who was still cleaning her bow and arrows and squatted.
" Ain't you going to help your friends?" he asked.

"These people can't protect you. Why don't you come with me."
(no comment)
" I'm getting to like you more and more."
( no comment)
Upon seeing no reaction, the devil's son stood turned around and ordered.
"Strip them naked."
Upon giving the order, his ears picked a slight movement from behind and moved his head to side successfully invading the attack. Another attack came from below, as a downward glinding kick was in motion heading for his knee joints.He jumped in air stepped on the tree trunk making a back flip kick. Seeing the incoming kick, Mayla stressed her slender arms and used her bow for defense. A powerful impact pushed her backwards and regained balance two meters. Without warning, another palm first attack headed for the chest hitting her heavily slamming her onto the ground causing her to vomit a mouthful of blood. A smile could be seen on the devil's son as he headed to where Mayla was lying. He stretched his hands and raised her chin to face him.
" I like you more."
" On your account, I'll forgive those weak corpses."
" You owe me one."
" When you are free come look for the vampire gang and looked for me. My name is Victor."
" I know your is Mayla. I'd you don't look for me, I'll keep beating those corpses to death."He said with a smile and then turned away.
" Let's go."
" Take the beast with us."
" Yes sir."
