The falci had wronged the entire supernatural world and if caught, there would be a war as to who was supposed to execute her. So the Nixins had decided to downplay the lingering truth of Angelo a Hera's union being the key to unlock whatever could be used to lock up Zarinah. 

Upon mentioning Zarinah, Carl looked at Gaviria all the blood draining from his face. He was cursed to be the child of the woman who made the supernatural world look like a hole for the poor. What kind of woman was she? 

Maybe there truly was a reason for everything happening, but Carl was tired.
