章 2: Leaving Hospital

"WTF, is that my first Pokémon?" Beyaz exclaimed in shock.

Luckily, it was a rare Pokémon egg. It was an Absol, one of Beyaz's favorite Pokémon.

He didn't know if it was luck or bad luck that he had gotten such a rare Pokémon.

Looking at how the previous owner of his body had reacted, he realized that Absol was also his favorite Pokémon. He was now even more excited to have it.

After getting the Absol egg, a free incubator, and a free month's worth of Miltank milk, they tried to return home.

There were 30 kilometers between their hometown and the town where the Pokémon Breeder House was located.

Maybe he had used up all of his luck. They were hit by an oncoming truck.

Sadly, his mother and father died instantly. He was in the intensive care unit until he died. After his death, Beyaz's soul integrated with his body.

After gathering his thoughts, he looked around the hospital room. It was an ordinary hospital room.

He had never been to a hospital before, so he didn't know the room well. But just looking at the machines, he could tell that the technology in this world was much more advanced than in his own.

He turned to his left and saw the Absol egg in the incubator on the table.

At least the egg was unharmed.

While he was looking around the room, a nurse came in. She had black hair and black eyes, and she looked to be about 25 years old.

When she saw that he was awake, she immediately went to call the doctor. The doctor was an ordinary-looking middle-aged man.

After examining him, the doctor said that he needed to stay in the hospital for one more week for observation.

One week later...

Today, he would be discharged from the hospital.

His family's funeral was being held in the morgue until he was released from the hospital so that he could attend.

At 10:00 AM, he gathered his belongings and went home.

His family would be buried there.

With the Absol egg incubator in his hand, Beyaz left the hospital and went to the bus station.

The hospital was in the same town as the Pokémon Breeder House. It was in Kizil Town. His hometown was 30 kilometers away.

When he arrived at the bus station, he saw his bus and easily got on.

There were a few other passengers on the bus.

He waited for the bus to depart. It didn't take long. Ten minutes later, the bus started moving. After the bus started moving, he used his ID card to pay the fare. Then he sat down by the window and thought about what he should know on his way home.
