章 29: All To Myself!
“Thanks for the meal.” He said as he smiled at her again. She smiled back and clean up the table as she puts away the empty containers. And so she went back to business. Working, typing, drawing, all while Yang Tian-Xu sat there looking at her.
“President Yang, I drew a few different designs, would you like to look?” She said as she stares at him in his eyes.
“Yes, please.” He responded to her with a smile, he couldn’t keep his stares with her. When their eyes met, he felt an electric impulse shocking him from inside out, he turns away and got up and went around the table so he could look at the computer screen from over her shoulders.
Yang Tian-Xu is tall he did not need to get too close to her to see her screen, but he still did so. He bends his back down, and his head would float over the shoulder. He was so close if he wanted he could kiss her nape. However, raised as a gentleman, he'll never be able to manage something so outrageous like that!
She shows him her drafts she completed. He nodded with satisfactions, "They all looked better than the original. Send the files to me, and I will email Faithful Gold Enterprise CEO."
The CEO of Faithful Gold Enterprise was Jin Qi-Long. She had about four different revisions of the original and the one she had redesigned entirely. As told, Wang Yi-An sent all the designs to Jin Qi-Long.
Out on a date with a random girl he met at a nightclub, he took out his cell phone to peek at it as it rang once for a notification pop-up. Jin Qi-Long was busy enjoying his time with a hot lady beside him as he opened the message to see who it was. He liked the new designs Wang Yi-An made for him, so he messaged Yang Tian-Xu. “Your artist is outstanding! I like the fifth one!”
A prompt notification appeared on Yang Tian-Xu's phone, he opened it, and replied to Jin Qi-Long with a thump-up image. Then, Yang Tian-Xu turned to look at her as he told her, “He likes your design. The fifth one you sent him.”
“Okay, cool.” She said, then she added, “Wouldn’t it be easier if I have direct contact with Mr Jin?”
"Ah right... Maybe you should." Yang Tian-Xu was reluctant to gave her Jin Qi-Long’s contact information. A secret dislike, a hatred for the fact he had shared her contacts with another man, worst, the guy was a well-known playboy.
Yang Tian-Xu sent another private message to Jin Qi-Long, “I just gave you the artist contacts, don't you dare try anything on her. If you know what I mean.”
“Try what?” Jin Qi-Long messaged him back, he was both curious and confused as he asked, “Why is she hot?”
Yang Tian-Xu hated Jin Qi-Long’s playboy personality, and would message back, “…”
Jin Qi-Long messaged him a happy, smiling emoji with the text, “Alright, I’m just joking. I wouldn’t lay a hand on your employees! I am so madly in love with Lee Yin-Yin.” And so he went on.
Yang Tian-Xu ignored Jin Qi-Long’s message after that. He trusted that Jin Qi-Long would keep his word and not make a move on her. However, he wanted her all to himself!
Wang Yi-An adds the colours and life into the design and spend more time perfecting them. However, She gets uncomfortable with Yang Tian-Xu hovering over her shoulders. She couldn’t focus, it was a weird feeling for her. “Um… President Yang, can you not stare over my shoulder like that? You’re too close...”
Yang Tian-Xu hadn’t noticed how close he had gotten; he jumped back up as he straightens out his back. “Sorry,” he said as his face heated, it felt hot.
Assistant Tseng saw his reaction from inside the office. He was watching them the entire time. Thinking, “Holy Mother of Hell… Is… Is he…?” Assistant Tseng’s face blushes. He covered his mouth with both his hands. “Oh dear Lord, the boss looks hot when he blushes!”
Assistant Tseng had never seen this side of Yang Tian-Xu ever. It amazed him so much, he couldn’t look anymore. He rushed to grabbed the signed documents on Yang Tian-Xu's desk. He knew the completed files are on the piles to the right and so he took them all, placing them in a box as he carried them out the office. Without a word, Assistant Tseng just rushed out as he passed them by and leaving them alone.
Wang Yi-An could not work with Yang Tian-Xu standing behind her, then she turned to look at him. “President Yang, I can’t focus with you standing behind me like that!”
“Right, sorry! I'll be back in my office, come and let me know once you're done. Please come find me, okay? Anything.” Yang Tian-Xu said, as he drifted backward approaching the office, as he stares at her for a while longer.
Without saying another word, Wang Yi-An returned to face the computer, she worked at a fast pace. However, Jin Qi-Long wasn’t. He liked the design, however, for colour this guy was fussy. Wang Yi-An has the patience and adjust the colouring to his taste and re-send it back to him. However, he would change his mind and messaged her, “I want to see it in another colour.”
Annoyed as she thought to herself, "Just how indecisive is Mr Jin?" However, as part of her job description, she must complete every request the client has, at this point she cannot complain as an intern. It took Wang Yi-An a while to satisfied Jin Qi-Long with the final product, but once he replied, "Yes, that is the design I wanted." She felt relieved and stretches out her arms as she checked the time.
"Oh, God!"
The time she saw was 7:23 p.m. The office hours at Yang Corp was already over at 5:00 p.m. During all those times, Yang Tian-Xu was also in a daze as he watches her, and imagine what it would be like for her to come to ask him for help. Disappointed when she didn’t come to him for any help, he sighed a little. What made his mood worst was when he had received a message from Jin Qi-Long, “Whoa, your intern is amazing! She got so much done already. Now I can’t decide!” Filled with jealousy as Yang Tian-Xu wanted her to message him, back and forward, just like that.
