'If the Mythic Garden restricts everyone above the age of 20 from entering it, the highest mana core rank to enter it should be at the lower Magus rank, or rather Lowest Lique stage.

To achieve this, one needs to have a great mana aptitude. In comparison, the beasts inside a four-star rift can be at the peak- Magical rank which is much stronger.
