The golden sand that had started to recollect itself now sat in large clumps all over the highway. The back of the white minivan sat comfortably in one of the many large clumps on the road. Some cars were completely buried under the sand whilst some stood half stretched across the highway. The impact of the bomb appeared to have caused a wave strong enough that it blew the sand from surrounding beaches almost eighty-five miles across the Korean Peninsula. The army of sand so strong it managed to uproot trees, turn cars upside down and even do enough damage to smash the windows of slightly weaker houses.
