Hawk was in Medical Tank created by Kage,the Doctor checking him said"He will be up and running in about two hours,the wound didn't injure any major organs."
Kage was sitting nearby meditating he had already looked at the info given by his brother.It was now easy to take in McCullen who was pretty much going to get tossed into the fire.
In the medical wing,Kage notices the Doctor checking on General Hawks.So he takes a deep breath, looks to Hawk in thr Medical, then stands and walks over. He stares down at Hawk, whose wound was getting better and who would soon wake up. Then walks to the room where the Joes are waiting for him.
Kage,Duke, Ripcord, Scarlett, Snake-Eyes, and Heavy Duty stare at holographic of a dead Neo-Viper and Nano-mites. Snake-Eyes points in question to at the image of the Nano-mites.
Kage answered" Nano-mites. I was lucky to be able to disable them before they could completely destroy the whole body.The rest of them were completely eaten out with leaving anything behind."
Scarlett added" They've been surgically implanted behind the ear, all programmed to accomplish different tasks."
Duke questioned" Like what?"
Scarlett shrugged and answered "Theoretically, the possibilities are endless. Increase their speed, agility, and resilience. Basically you program, they perform. That's the genius of nanotechnology, it can do pretty much whatever you want it to."
Kage looking at the holographic projection said"This has McCullins name all over it."
HeavyDuty questioned, "But the problem is we don't have proof to capture the bastard."
Kage explained, "Only ones who could create the level of tech is Arshikage Industry or Eteon."Scarlett, Breaker, and Heavy-duty knew Kage was creator was Arashikage tech,also they were pretty sure he could easily come with a counter for Naomites easily.What they didn't know was the moment Kage saw the Nano-mites from Mars presentations,he was making something to counter the tech,
Kage simply took out the drive plugged it into the computer as all the files showing everything McCullgen did over the years. But what Kage didn't know was Storm Shadow was not involved with three secret projects of the Mars Industry.
Scarlett nodded and said, "So he needed NATO to pay for his R&D."
Breaker nodded and said, "Now that makes sense.I guess he didn't bet us on us interfering"
Duke and Ripcord confused questioned"Eteon.???"
Kage with a sigh answered"They're a secret tech cult, with a mercenary army and plenty of dark money. And delusions of saving the world by augmenting the human race.They are good with modifying people with various cybernetic and mechanical implants."
Ripcord's eyes widened and said, "So now we have cult using advanced tech."
Kage ignored it and with a thoughtful look said, "The codes he gave for the weapons case must have activated the beacon again."Everyone soon gained an understanding off how there base was found.
Duke questioned, "How did you get all this information?"
Kage sighed answered"My brother Storm Shadow gave it to me."
While they were shocked,but before anyone could say anything Kage gestured them to stop and continued"My brother is not fighting for them by choice.He gave this drive this to me,it seems McCullen was able top inject him with Nano-mites and if doesn't do what they say,he dies. But my brother was smart enough the get dirt on them when they were not monitoring him."
Ripcord asked"What about Anna?"
Kage sighed and replied, "She was also under mind-control,they completely changed her personality, but it seems something triggered her memories causing her to break out of the mind control."
The only one who understood what the trigger was Ripcord,he understood Anna after seeing Kage break out of mind control. While Duke was in slight hope that it was his face that caused Anna to break out of the mind control.
Breaker looking through all the evidence said"With this, we can easily nail Macaullen." Everyone nodded they were really looking to get a the bastard for the attack on their base.But McCullen was too slippery and he was able to escape before hand.
