章 215: Reversal

Dom and Kayla fell to their knees as finally, rain of sharp arrows finally stopped. They grunted in pain as they held themselves to bear the wounds as blood dripped from them. Their back was thickly covered with arrows as their shafts produced out like a porcupine.

In a few moments, water which was condensed into the shape of arrows melted down to its liquid form leaving their lacerations and open arrow stabs in the air as water ran down to mix with their blood which was leaking down. The sound of someone walking on the thin layer of water sounded, as now the whole area was supporting a layer of water over its dry ground. 

A figure was collapsed on the huge rock, wet from water as well as his own blood staining all over his body. His mouth was open and his eyes open due to shock as the body plopped to the ground.
