章 57: Oddly Cute

Sierra ended up seeing Nathan much sooner than she expected because on Saturday morning Scarlett and Ryan forgot about her existence again and were making a lot of *ahem* noise in her bedroom. She couldn't take it and fled to the first place she could think of without considering the consequences. 

She found him wearing a pair of gray plaid pajama pants and a shirt that Amber had clearly gotten for him because it was bright yellow with an abstract smiley face on it. There was no way he bought that for himself. 

He had major bedhead and stubble showing he hadn't shaved in several days. At least he looked awake. He had probably already been up but still looked surprised to see her. 

"Sierra, what are you doing here?"

"I need a place to hide," she replied grimly. "My apartment isn't safe."

Alarm flashed across his face as he let her in. "What happened? Is someone after you? You should call the police!"
