Hyson covered his eyes with his arm as he said, "Raelle Xiang offered me a way to enter her life, I'd be an idiot not to take my chance." His lips upturned ever so slightly as he went on, "And let's not forget, if I didn't fight for my way into her life, she'd be too lonely."

"So would you be," retorted Mu Chenyan as she shook her head at him. He spoke as if he wasn't as much of a loner as she was. 

'Then it's a good thing they both found each other.'

Mu Chenyan nodded along with Yue's words and said, "You're right. They both needed each other." She went up to Hyson's side and bent down to pinch his cheek, "Besides, if they didn't find each other, how would I find such a cute godson?"

Hyson groaned as he rubbed his cheek, "My cheeks are not for playing."

Mu Chenyan rubbed her ear asking, "What did you say? I can't seem to hear you."

Hyson mentally rolled his eyes, "You never listen to things you're not interested in."
