Mr. Mathew's eyes widened at her words. He was called to be a loyal dog of Benjamin by others. With the help of Benjamin's, he gained fame and name across the country. Now… If she removes him from his position, he will have nowhere to work. And getting fired from the Benjamin's was not something he could afford. His life would reach a dead end. He gulped and racked his brains and finally got an idea. 

"Princess! There is a way!" he shrieked out, forgetting the fear he felt a second ago. 

"What is it?" Esther asked as the air around her turned lighter while her gaze turned less sharp. 

"Princess, does the kid love you?" he asked. 

Esther gave him a look that said are-you-a-freaking-idiot. He felt like he was being shot with the three arrows which said 'how stupid are you to ask such a question?' 'Are you an idiot?' 'If my son doesn't love me, would he love you?' He crouched down and cried in pain in his poor little mind.
