"A car?" Dr. Van exclaimed as he pressed the doorbell.

"You live in the dorms, Morpheous. You wouldn't be using it much. I would suggest you save and invest in real estate. A good friend of mine is a broker, and she might be able to get you a good deal with houses here."

"I am not here to settle forever!"

And hearing that reply of Morpheous, Caroline suddenly felt unsettled. Her shoulders drooped down that instant, and a look of disappointment crossed her face. But why was she bothered? It wasn't like she had planned a forever with him.

'Click'

And the main door opened.

"Ah! Welcome, guys!" Benjamin cheerfully greeted them with a warm smile on his face.

"Hi, Gramps!" Caroline said and walked inside in a rush that she forgot to thank Dr. Van for dropping her home. She was not in her element at all.

"Come inside, guys. It's freezing." She heard her grandfather inviting them both.
