Damien subtly sneaked back to his women's tent along with Valentina with a smile on his face. He thought that things turned out to be better than he expected.

He was smiling not only because he had unearthed Farah's secret but also because he finally got a way to get the Pandemonium Needles for sure. He no longer had to play the long game in getting his hands on it and simply could use Farah to get it for him.

He could repay his debt to Forsaken and even return to the Xeton Empire, especially when he was already missing Reva for some reason.

He missed his extra classes with her, the way she always gave him a cold look though deep within her azure eyes, he could feel something else.

He had already sent some letters to her but never got any reply, making him wonder if she was angry at him for leaving so suddenly.

"So I take it everything went well?" Yuria asked with a smile while Valentina started to yawn, feeling fatigue settling in her body.
