The heavy feeling of hanging from behind made him flinch in pain. Xianyu blinked his eyes, but only the darkness welcomed him. Then he remembered that he was still blindfolded. He tried to at least adjust the tightness of the chains around his wrist, but it made him wince in pain. It seems like these chains are not only stopping his Qi energy, but also sucking it all. He was getting weaker each minute.

Xianyu calmed his mind and tried to feel his surroundings. It was very quiet. "How long have I been here?" he asked inside his thoughts. 

Just when he was about to lift his head, he heard an iron creaking. It was the sound of a door opening near him. After that, he heard some chattering sounds.

"How long has he been like this?" a mellow and soft voice asked.

"He was restrained since last night, your highness," It was a grumpy and burly voice. It must be one of the guards.
