Yang flinched as he quickly picked up the weapon on his table. He scanned it's whole being and saw a red gem engraved on the sword's handle.

Yang shrugged his shoulders "Okay, I get it.." he mumbled

Two weeks have passed since the incident. Yuna got a formal and royal burial for her loyalty to the Ishii Clan. Everyone was grieving because of the death of their second General, but they know they cannot mourn forever. They need to trust Homura and train harder everyday to seek revenge.

Everyone was so eager to learn new techniques and strategies.

Homura fixed his button before putting on his cape, he was wearing Yuna's pin as a respect. And as usual, Tadashi will knock on his door for the morning meeting and ceremony. Homura became busy and dedicated to his role as the General. He will never let another loyal subordinate lose it's life.

While he was scanning the stockpile of work on his desk, the door slowly creaked. It spat out Luca who was watching him from a distance, he entered the room slowly not even trying to disturb the male.

Homura adjusted his eyeglasses "What is it?" he asked with furrowed eyebrows

Luca stopped and smiled "I was just visiting you.." he replied

"You don't need to do that, I am perfectly fine.." Homura smile in silence as he remember that if Yuna was here, she will yell and scold him for slacking his job responsibilities

The other male took the seat in front of his desk "But you will get sick if you overworked yourself" he protested

Homura paused, leaving the pen he was holding halfway "Do you need anything, Luca?" he asked as he level his vision to the male's face

Luca chuckled while Homura gave him a confused look. "Say Homura, you are indeed looked like a responsible General right now.." he said like there was something inside of him that wanted to scream how proud he is for the male

Luca could still see the sadness in his eyes, and he couldn't help but blame himself for what happened. It was his ruthless brother who killed Yuna and he really wanted to seek revenge. He already apologized to Homura a couple of times, but the male was only stopping him while telling that it was not his fault.

"Homura, Do you still remember our promise?"

The other male paused like there was something that rang inside his mind "What promise?" he asked then he continued to stroke the pen on the paper he was working on.

"Master Homura..?" Tadashi called out behind the door.

Homura stopped writing and turned his gaze to the door "Come in.." he asked

Tadashi opened the door and adjusted his glasses as he moved towards the male at the desk "Master Homura, the second Lord of the Adlacevil Empire were again inviting you to the--"

"Don't go! Please!" Luca sprang up with his heavy breath as he slammed his palm on the letter "Homura! Don't fall for his tricks!" he warned

The two male seemed stunned so Tadashi cleared his throat "I will be going now, pardon my intrusion" he bowed as he proceeds to go outside

The atmosphere between the two male tightened when the door finally closed.

Luca gritted his teeth as he lowered his head "Homura..please" he uttered

Homura can see the concern in his eyes before lowering his head. He knew that Luca was not in the place to stop him but he can still feel the regrets from the male. Luca is more powerful than his brother but he still prefers to restrain himself.

And before Luca could decipher the complicated words inside his head, a warm embrace approached him. His pupil dilated in surprise after feeling the warmth from the other body.

"Luca.." Homura said, He wrapped his hands around the male's waist "Don't let your anger eat you alive.."

And in an instant, Luca's expression became gentle. "H-Homura?"

The other male smiled "You have a good heart, don't let hatred ruin you.." he pressed his head onto Luca's chest

Then the words slowly went into Luca's mind, it delivered shivers to his system. It was like Homura caressed all of his anger away and touched his heart with so much love.

His sight went to the male's golden hair that was glazing under the light, it was gently swaying so smoothly.

Homura was startled when he felt Luca's big palm on his head, the male stroked his hair like something he owned. It is true indeed that Luca settled down by his tenderness, but it was unexpected for him to act like this.

A light chuckle was heard above his head "You are really my savior.." Luca smiled as he squeezed the male more.

"You don't trust me, don't you?" Homura then punched Luca's chest slightly as they parted.

Luca's expression changed "I-It's not that I don't trust you.." he said, then he closed his fist in silence "I just don't want you to be hurt, you are special to me" he added

Homura's heart fluttered like the clouds shower him with gentleness. He lowered his head to hide his blushing face.
