章 10: A Tough Battle
(Yesterday morning, A teacher at Lite high school, tried to falsely accuse a student of sexual assault. But, that student recorded the whole thing and that teacher is facing multiple charges. If the student decides to go through with it, that teacher could be facing up to 20+ years in prison. But yesterday, the woman escaped from the cop on the way to jail, now, she is on the run.) The man on the news said.
"She escaped? Well, that's not too much of a surprise, she tried to use manipulation on me. But, she is human, how did she cast a spell? Is my 'Wild Sense' not strong enough? Or, is she too good at hiding her true identity," Wade said as he watched the news.
"Once you upgrade your 'Wild Sense' to level 10, it will be able to detect anyone who is hiding their real identity,"
"Ok, how do I level up my skills?"
"Stat points, every 10 stat points is one to your level. When you level your skill up, your range will be larger, and your 'WIld Sense' would be able to detect how strong your opponent is,"

Instead, of using 'Wild Sense' Wade uses 'Fireball'. He doesn't want to light anything on fire because he's in his house, he wants to see if he can manipulate the fire to anything he wants. Wade noticed that the fireball was a bit bigger and hotter than before. Wade closes his eyes and imagines a dagger made out of the fire. Wade could feel the fire changing in shape. Wade opens his eyes to see a small dagger made of fire floating atop of his hand.
Wade grabs the scorching knife, but he doesn't feel the heat from the knife, which surprised Wade, he expected his hand to have 2nd or 3rd-degree burns. Wade starts swinging the sword, and it almost feels natural using the dagger, almost like an extension of his body.
"Nasir, can you give me a quest that gives me a large amount of Dp?"
"I could, but the full moon is tomorrow night, you may have already started to feel the effects so I can't have you going out, killing because you might end up killing a person,"
"Wait, I can ask Dean to help me, he's a werewolf,"
"Yeah, he may be able to help you but you don't know where he is,"
"Yeah, well, how does a wolf signal his location to the pack?"
"Idiot, he's not in your pack,"
"Damn it, then what will I do?" Wade asked as he couldn't think of anyone who could help him.
"You know, I'm-"
"That's right, Max, I can just ask him to tie me up and wait for the night to pass,"
"Yeah, that's a brilliant idea,"
"I know, came up with it myself,"
"I hate you,"
Wade texted Max to come to his house tomorrow and bring metal chains, Max was a little shocked by what Wade had asked him to do, but he said he would do it. In the meantime, Wade ran to a restaurant to get his mom food because he knew she was going to be working late these next few days.
When Wade was walking, a dog tied up to a pole kept barking at him, he glowed his eyes red and the dog stopped barking, instead, the dog starting whimpering instead. Before Wade left, it was already getting late, so he had to hurry if he wanted time to hunt.
When Wade walked into the hospital, he was greeted with a warm smile from his mother who thanked him for buying her food. He left shortly after because he had no reason to be there. Now, outside was getting darker and the supernaturals were coming out to play.
The thought of killing set something off inside of Wade, his bloodlust was rising and his eyes were starting to glow without Wade having to do anything. Wade dashes for the forest as he jumps atop of the trees, looking for his next victim.
Wade uses his 'Wild Sense' and the range is far greater than what it was before and he could tell what supernatural was strong or weak just from their aura. Wade, came across a creature that looked like a dead moose with the head of a deer, that was walking on its hind legs.
Wade used the tree as a boost as he created a dagger from manipulating his fireball, which was aiming straight for the neck of the Wendigo. Without even looking, the Wendigo dodges Wade's attack by stepping to the side.
Wade was surprised but not too much because he knew Wedigo's are strong and have super senses but not like these because he didn't make a sound. While Wade was flying past the Wendigo, in slow motion, the Wendigo looks Wade in the eye and gives him a disturbing smile.
Wade knew that the Wendigo should be weakened due to the cold, so he shouldn't be as strong, but Wade was excited to face a stronger opponent in battle. Wade landed on the ground a few meters away from the Wendigo, Wade kicked off his back foot and swung his knife at its neck.
The Wendigo dodges with minimum effort as he responded with a kick to his stomach. Wade spits out a little blood due to the impact, as he was launched in the air.

'Damn, this Wendigo hits hard, I have to avoid all contact,' Wade said as he manipulates the dagger into a rope and wrapped it around the tree closest to him. Wade made sure to removed the rope from the tree as soon as possible because he didn't want it to catch on fire.
Then Wade remembered that Wedigo's number one weakness is fire. Wade started to turn into a werewolf as he infusing the fire into his nails. Wade let out a low growl as he was preparing to attack the Wendigo.
Wade jumped from the tree aiming for the Wendigo's neck as the Wendigo dodges his attack again, but Wade rebounds quicker as she slashes toward its stomach. Wade was meet with an antler, The Wendigo used his antler to block the attack.
"You... are... strong.... but... not... strong... enough..." The Wendigo said as it backed away giving Wade some space to recuperate. The Wendigo wanted to crush Wade's spirits because when a human was in despair is when they taste the best.
Wade knew this was going to be a difficult battle, but he wasn't going to give up because his opponent was stronger, this only excited Wade more as his heart started to race and his blood started to boil. Wade got on all fours and growled at the Wendigo who was watching his every move.
Wade and the Wendigo dash toward each other at the same time, clashing in the middle create a small shock wave.

[Lydia POV]
Wade, he saved me. I think I should text him, but I don't know what to say. Everything that he told me is just too much, right now. But sooner or later, We will have to talk, and I want to know more about me being a banshee and a witch. I don't want anything like that to ever happen to me again, I want to be strong and protect myself.

"You think you can just do that to me?" Someone said as they kicked a box into a wall destroying it.
"I will make you pay for what you have done to me," They said as they punched a hole in the wall.
Around this person, were dusty old books, a large cage, brooms, and shelves of different colored liquid, and a big black pot over a fire. This person starts to mix the potionss and chant in some unknown language.
After a few minutes of constant chanting, a large explosion occurs in this room, but nothing gets damage. Out of the explosion, a tiny black and orange lion appears from the smoke.
"Your soul purpose is to kill Wade Freemon," This person said to the lion who's eyes were barely open.
When it heard those words, the lions eyes glowed a bright yellow as it shook his red in response. A disturbing smile appeared on this person's face as they imagined what they could do with Wade's as a subordinate.
