Morning came.

Julian slowly regained consciousness, his thoughts returning, becoming his own again. As he looked over his side, a rare, gentle smile found its way to the corner of his lips.

He smiled to himself and looked at her. It was warm last night, she had kicked off the covers again, they were draped across the floor and hanging off the bed, all on her side.

Julian knew why he was cold now, he chuckled, lost in thought. She was gorgeous, her hair lifted up on the pillow so that her neck could feel the breeze.

Long, smooth, lush and beautiful, and he remembered the feeling every time it brushed against him in the moments they had been close. He lost himself in the preciousness of this moment.

Julian began to think about what it would be like to be with Cassandra every day. It would be wonderful to hold her in his arms, kiss her and make love to her every day.
