James didn't seem to listen to his brother's words, sitting on a leather chair, eyes far away, seeming to be in another world entirely, as he swirled his glass of red wine. 

"I broke her heart. I broke my girlfriend's heart," he repeated aloud. 

"I hurt her. I actually hurt her," he said guiltily. 

"What did I just do?" He asked himself, unaware of his brother's presence in the first place. 

"Why did I listen to what he said? Why was I that idiotic?" 

"I can't even imagine what she's feeling right now." 

"I made a horrible mistake." 

"I have to get her back. I have to." 

Connor looked at James, of whom was suffering already. He figured he didn't need to rebuke him. He was doing enough and giving himself enough pressure for what he had done. 

Connor cleared his throat. 

"You done rebuking yourself, or want me to step up and do it for you again?" He asked.
