章 351: An Honest Girl

All the way to the office, Alan smiled as he remembered his grandfather's words which he thought didn't make sense, while Nicholas who was driving the car was silent and didn't say anything and he chose to focus on the steering wheel. The clear sky suddenly turned dark. Suddenly, a loud thunder rumbled across the sky. 

"It's raining," Alan mumbled softly as he noticed water droplets started pouring from the sky. 

"It's still spring, sir, so it's natural that it still rains a lot," Nicholas replied in response to Alan's words.

"When I was in an accident two years ago, what month was it, Nick?" asked Alan suddenly.

Thump!

Nicholas' face immediately paled at the master's question. "Why do you ask that, sir?"

"I don't know, what I heard from Grandpa was that day it was raining like this too," Alan answered quietly.
