Akasan and Bell stood face-to-face.

Bell lashed out. "What are you talking about?! Now isn't the time for this!"

Akasan remained expressionless. "Sorry. Your time is up. Hope you've had your fun while it lasted."

"Fun? What fun?! I've lived my entire life in YOUR shadow! I was only born and given strength because YOU existed! I was living as your vessel, until the time came for you to throw me away!!"

Gio couldn't believe his ears. "What am I hearing?! Bell had another being living inside of him?! Is this the true anomaly?!"

Lucius couldn't believe it either. "The air around that man… the look in his eyes. He's completely calm, but there's a seething rage underneath that he's hiding."

Isis nodded. "I feel the same. It's… scary."

Azael looked around for Morrigan. He motioned for her to come closer. She did as directed.
