章 57: It was all a bet.

Today is prom and we are currently at the ball house. 

The ball house is decorated with black and shining gold.

Almost too shining.

Trish and I got ready at our houses, so I haven't seen her final look yet. 

Christian came to pick me up at my side and my dad decided to scare him.

He calls it tradition.

I call it time wasting.

Christian showed up at my side in black and dark purple. Black suit and trousers, with purple shirt. 

I have my purple dress on, with gold shoes and a gold clutch. My hair is in curly waves.

I am currently at the snacks table, when I hear my name.

"Hey Ash." I turn to see my best friend walking towards me. Her hair is straightened and is sleeked behind her ears. Her dress is flowing around her.

"Hey Trish." I say when she reaches my side.

"You look stunning." She says.

"So do you." 

"I know right!" She says flipping her hair and we laugh.
