章 387: Visitors

After listening to Pei Lin's report, Qin Zhi Hao went to check around the camp area personally. The news that a group of people had suddenly gone missing was too shocking. He would not be at ease until he had checked everything himself.

Just as Pei Lin had said, there were a number of guards who seemed to be missing from the place. An ominous feeling arose. Qin Zhi Hao went to the stable and found that there were missing horses as well.

Worried, he went to speak to the soldiers who were in charge of looking after the horses to figure out what had happened.

However, the soldiers seemed dumbfounded to find that the horses has been missing as well. It seemed that after having their dinner, the soldiers had fallen asleep and did not know what had happened.

Seeing the abnormalities around him, Qin Zhi Hao could only deduce that someone had probably drugged the soldiers. That, or the soldiers were lying to him.
