"Samantha," Alastair tried to stop her from touching the fragments. However, it was too late, and Samantha had already picked up a broken piece. 

"Ouch," She cried out when she felt the fragment pierce her skin and blood started to flow out. At once, the fragment fell to the floor.

"Samantha, what.." Alastair watched at her hand in horror. Although it was only a small cut, to him, it was as huge as being stabbed with a knife. If it was he who had been cut, he would not have even batted an eyelid. But it was Samantha who had been injured. She was his darling girl, and how he could not be worried for her?

However, before he could complete his words, his eyes widened when he saw her finger healing, and in no time, her hands returned to how they were, clean and beautiful, without any signs of being injured.
