章 197: Stage of Infinite Abyss

Jake opened up the cabin and placed his hand on the lever. Adrien could now see him through the glass that was separating the rest of the shooter and the cabin. 

"If you don't tap into that feeling right now, I'm jumping out into space without a suit, literally. So save me, Adrien. I'll give you ten seconds." Jake pulled the first lever down and Adrien felt fear shoot right through him. 

"ARE YOU FUCKIN' CRAZY?!" He grabbed the glass door and tried to open it but since the first lever was already down, the door was locked. "Get out of there!" 

"You'll be the reason I die," Jake persisted. "Unless you can enter Ashe's mind." 

Adrien grabbed his face in shame. 'What the hell…' He felt his arms go limp. He can't do this, it's impossible. 

"Seven." 

Adrien grit his teeth. This was absurd. Was he even the son of the King? Under what confidence was Jake doing this? It's suicide. Adrien shut his eyes tight and imagined.
