章 62: Surell's Task

Yuna made her way to the stables to inspect her new servant's work. She opened the door slowly hoping to minimize noise and catch Surell unaware. As she entered she saw Surell on her hands and knees scrubbing the floor with a toothbrush. "I see you can follow directions." Yuna said loudly to surprise Surell. She looked around to inspect the stables. "You did a good job."

Surell was shocked by the positive reinforcement. She expected Yuna to be far crueler considering everything that had happened. "Thank you, my queen." Surell said while still on her knees.

"You can stop for the day, I have a new task for you." Yuna said. "I need you to retrieve your father and bring him back here. There are questions that Joe and I need to ask him."

"What if he refuses to come?" Surell said, worried her father would reject the notion of returning to the castle.
