Ivan's heart pace quickened hearing the least expected question. His eyes stared directly into her eyes which had turned completely red because of anger.

Elysia too was not ready to back off from staring right into his eyes with a warning expression as if the moment something wrong escaped from his mouth, Elysia was going to take full class of him.

Ivan was sure that he had always liked Elysia. But it was not clear to him if he ever was in love with his wife. He too didn't want to give him any false hope to her just because she had demanded an answer from him.
