Sung-Min was on the verge of life and death, they were helped by a stranger that looked to have experience in such situations. Hayoon knew the implications of a shard being left in her as it could cause all sorts of complications but she also knew that she could not wait for the ambulance either because it looked to be the cause of her bleeding.

They needed to take it out and they needed to do that now or things could get messy.

Hayoon did not struggle much in holding her because Sung-Min was not conscious so it did not require much force despite the involuntary reflex.

Hayoon prayed that her partner would make it through this because she liked Sung-Min and losing her in such a manner would be a bummer.

But then it hit her, who was this woman and what was such a lady doing in this area.

She did not look haggard or rachet like the rest of the people they had seen.

She looked almost refined, a classy lady from the richer side of society but she did not care much.
