Meanwhile, Lia had just gotten inside Dr. Logan's luxurious condo unit in Tesla Luminescence Condominium. The first thing she did was to open the air conditioning unit, which could be turned on via small buttons attached to the wall near the door. 

Lia then hurriedly searched for and went to her grandfather's bedroom and checked every corner of it. She opened the steel-reinforced modern wooden cabinet and checked if there were other items inside besides his clothes. She opened several shoe boxes, but only found her grandpa's leather shoes, rubber shoes, and laboratory boots. 

Seeing that the safe wasn't inside the cabinet, she closed it, then rummaged through his dressers. He had two gray-painted, wooden dressers with six drawers each. The first dresser had no lock on it, and she only saw Dr. Logan's watches, eyeglasses, and other accessories. In that dresser also were supplies of toiletries, and folded clean, high-quality cotton towels.
