"WHAT?!" Lia shouted in disbelief. D.M. Cadre would go that far? "Did… Did my grandfather…?"

"No. It was Seth Viordan, D.M. Cadre's past Head Scientist," Dr. Logan explained, "Plus, aside from the Aevis' family, there were also some other records here… I think they're from the families of mutants, too.
