章 10: CHAPTER TEN
Everything got back to normal the following week. Britney arrived and we got to share our experiences at home. Suspension wasn't bad after all.
I hardly saw Tiffany because I was no longer her roommate. I was moved to another room to prevent us from getting into any kinda trouble again.
I had already missed her annoying character and how she wouldn't stop nagging me and after days of endless studies, I finally was able to catch up with the class...........phew.

Well,well,well,well..........things were going on smoothly until love decided to knock on my door. I still don't know how or when it happened but all I know was I couldn't stop staring at Peter, a tall dark guy in my class.
"Uuuuh,he is so handsome. We would look so good together. Just imagine Taylor Brown and Peter Daniels...... Huh😋." I would always say to myself. What was coming over me. Jeez....this was so unusual.
I was always, I mean always thinking of him. I don't remember the last time I went to sleep without dreaming of him. Clara, my sitting partner, would always have to tap me to draw my attention back to what the teacher was saying because as usual I was lost in my thoughts.
Thinking of all the wonderful things I and Peter could do together and imagining how beautiful we would look together.
But there was a problem. A BIG PROBLEM. Britney also liked Peter. She had liked her from the very beginning and she wouldn't stop talking about how she was willing to do anything to have Peter for herself.
I couldn't tell Britney about my feelings for her Prince charming because she would feel betrayed. The world would have been so much better if that was the end of the BIG PROBLEM. But NO!....there was more🙁.
Peter liked neither I nor Britney, he liked Riya, one of Tiffany's squad girls. She was super rich and very beautiful girl. We were no match to her. She had a perfect skin and her smile alone was enough to send everyone bowing down to her but she had a dirty character. Well that was expected of her since she was Tiffany's friend.
"I am not going to let this feeling of mine ruin my relationship with my BFF." I said to myself. Few seconds after making this declaration, Peter walked up to me.
" Oh God, what I'm going to do". I quickly turned to walked away but he held my hand. Huh.....it felt like those times in a fairytale where the Prince would hold the princess' hand, draw her closer and give her a kiss on the lips😍😍.
"Hey, are you still there?" Peter said snapping his finger when he realized I wasn't paying attention. "Uh....yhyh....what were you saying?" "Huh, so you mean all I said was in vain?"
"Uh....I'm really sorry.....uh....could you come again." I said trying hard not to smile. He looked so cute when he was irritated.
"Whatever, I was asking if you could take me through Calculus again. I didn't get all that the professor said and since you are a math geek, I figured you could help."
"Uh...okay...sure...what time?"
"After school today at the cafeteria."
"Alright...its a date." I quickly held my lips when I realised what I just said. "Eerm.....I mean see you then.... yh see you later.....bye." I quickly corrected and walked away.
