Maya held my hand as we got back to the party, and I released a sigh of relief when I couldn't see my boyfriend and Tanya dancing on the floor. When I looked around, I saw Ben gazing at me, and I could see that he felt guilty, he smiled at me, but I couldn't stop myself from feeling hurt even if I had already talked with Maya. I can still feel the pain in my heart, which is why I looked away from him. I am still glad Maya didn't bring me to our table, but instead, we remained standing on the sideline.

"What are we doing here?" I whispered in Maya's ear.

"Relax, Lisa, I want to rock this party, and to do that, we need to do it together, and I am sure everyone will love it and don't hold back because I want you to show them what you've got. I know you miss dancing, Lisa, just like me." My best friend said.
