Ken's POV:
Yesterday was a rough day for me, losing my brother like that, no matter how much I pretended that it didn't bother me, I still couldn't get it out of my mind.
"Did you figure out the pattern yet"? I asked Oliver who was writing something on a notepad. Maybe I could use his obsession as an excuse or a distraction from yesterday.
"No, it's been a really long time for me..." he sighed.
"Really"?
"Yes, I used to work on these five years ago, no wonder I can't remember. Maybe it was from a case of mine"? He suggested. "That's all I got, but what"? He sighed again.
"Do you want to go back and see if they found anything"? I asked him.
"Shall we"? He asked. "I took a break yesterday. Maybe something will click, or I might find some other clue"? His face lit up like the colourful lights on the terrace.
