She was so annoyed she wanted to bash the flower vase on the nearby table to his head. 

Thinking that her silence was an admission of guilt, Apollyon murmured absently while searching her face. "I'm certain it wasn't there earlier." 

  I told you that I have no one else besides you!" She reiterated impatiently.

Once again, Apollyon acted like he didn't hear a thing.

The sharp intensity of his gaze made the hair on her nape rose due to its familiarity. 

"Tell me. Did a demon force himself on you?"
