I stood frozen, staring at the scene before me, I've never seen so much blood in my life! I was left petrified. But nevertheless, I ran to Elie.

He laid on the floor, numb and lifeless, hands on his chest, with dried blood on the sandy floor, he had blood on his neck and around his chest, that part of his shirt was stained with dried blood, his hands were bloody, and his face on God, he looked like he was a victim of a werewolf, face cover in blood, with cut lips, that formed a trail of dried blood from his lip to his throat.

I crouch next to him in panic not knowing what to do, was I to call the ambulance?

"Elie! Elie! Elie! God I need to call someone." I reach in my pocket with shaky hands as I grabbed my phone, I heard him groan, it was faint, raspy, and weak.

"Are you okay?" I scooted next to him and brush the hair off his face carefully.

"D..don't call a..anyone." He grunted. His eyes were still shut though.
