"Of course you won't go alone," said Jin. "You will be going with Nina."
"Wait what?" said Nina, confused. "But he knows me."
"And that's exactly why you'll be dressed differently," said Jin. "You'll wear a ball gown and makeup."
"What?" asked Nina. "The last time I wore a ball gown, it didn't end well. For the gown I mean..."
"Yes we all know that," said Lars. "You won't be launching an attack this time, you know."
"Fine..." said Nina hesitantly. "You sure he won't identify me?"
"Well..." said Lee. "You better wear a darker haired wig."
"Are you serious?" said Nina. "Jin, please don't make me wear a wig."
"I feel like it's a good idea there, Lee," said Jin. "Nina, you better wear the wig."
"Oh no," said Nina, putting a hand on her forehead. "What colour is it gonna be?"
"We'll go costume shopping tomorrow," said Lee getting excited. "You'll come too right, Shasha."
"Yes I think I will," said Shasha. "I don't have any formal attire with me."
"Excellent!" said Lee. "We will all go tomorrow."
"Can't you ever stop saying Excellent?" asked the annoyed Lars. "You said it like 5 times already."
"You counted wrong, Lars," said Lee. "I only said it 4 times."
This made everyone but Jin laugh. So Jin left with his uncles and the maid for further interrogation.
"Oh what a day," said Shasha, sitting down. "What with that maid stealing information, stopping her, Jin turning to Devil Jin and the dinner party, the fact that we have to go and so much more, how could we possibly relax?"
"Welcome to my world," said Nina as she slumped down on the sofa next to Shasha. "Well at least you don't have to heavily disguise..."
Just as Nina said this Shasha started laughing. She cannot imagine Nina in a ball gown, wearing makeup and a wig with beautiful long curls acting all prim and proper!
"Now why are you laughing?" asked Nina. "There's nothing funny in that."
"Well I just imagined you wearing a ball gown with makeup and a beautiful curly wig acting prim and proper!" said Shasha. "Oh the picture is so funny."
Nina started to laugh and raised a hand to slap Shasha but she dodged. Nina too saw the joke in it and started to laugh uncontrollably. They were tired out after all that happened that day and decided to prepare dinner at home instead. They ended up eating instant noodles since they were too lazy to prepare anything else. They slept early that day because they had a meeting the next day with Jin. They both set up their alarm.
The next day turned out to be very cold for even though it's summer. Shasha decided to wear a pink blouse with a light pink hoodie and long red slacks. Nina however wore a purple shirt with a black trench coat and black long pants.
They came out and Nina drove to the Zaibatsu. They went to Jin's office to discuss about their plans.
They walked into the CEO's office and found Lee, Lars, Alisa and Julia waiting there. They went to the lounge which was adjoining to the office to discuss.
"So according to Kazuya, the dinner is gonna be a masquerade party," said Julia. "You'll have to disguise yourself in ball gowns and masquerade masks."
"That makes it all the more easier for us to enter," said Nina. "That means I don't have to wear much makeup."
"But you'll have to wear the wig though," said Lee, smirking. "Your hair makes a statement by the way."
"Lee's right," said Lars. "Your hair is the easiest thing to notice in you."
"Can't you come too?" asked Nina.
"Nope sorry," said Lars. "My hair makes an even bigger statement."
"I thought it was a wig..." said Lee. "Because I heard Dr. Bosconovitch say something about the Mishima family not having much hair without the Devil Gene."
Lars looked kinda embarrassed. "How did he know..." he said under his breath.
"Can't Alisa come too?" asked Shasha because she liked Alisa. "You'll be easy to disguise right?"
"Yes but no," said Alisa. "People can easily track down my frequency and know that it's me."
"Wait what?" asked Shasha in confusion. "Frequency? Don't you mean aura?"
"No I mean frequency," said Alisa calmly. "It's easy to notice with a certain device."
"Um I think Shasha still doesn't know that she's an android..." said Jin. "You see Shasha, Alisa here isn't human. She was built by Dr Bosconovitch. She's made to protect me."
"What?!?!" said Shasha. "First you turned out to be half demon and now this? What is going on here?"
"Quarter demon..." said Jin. "The one with the Devil gene is Kazuya's mother Kazumi."
The others laughed at what Shasha was saying. She certainly don't know what to think now. She was thinking that her life was a lie.
"Okay now I think we need to do clothes shopping now," said Julia suddenly. "Come on now lets head to the mall."
So they all head out to the mall. Shasha and Julia went with Nina and the men and Alisa went in Jin's car."
Nina followed Jin's big SUV. They parked side by side in the parking lot and entered the mall. They went to a boutique and bought 2 ball gowns and masquerade masks that matched the colour of their gowns. Shasha had difficulty trying it on as she has never worn one before. But surprisingly it wasn't as uncomfortable as she expected. Shasha chose a pink ball gown with frills and Nina chose a dark purple one with netting draped around the skirt. They also bought a wig in a costume shop. The wig was brown and Nina put it on and looked in the mirror.
"I do look different," said Nina. "But I like my blonde hair better. But I look pretty all the same."
So they bought the wig and went out of the shop. They went to another shop and bought some beautiful inexpensive jewellery.
Then they felt hungry so they stopped at a Japanese restaurant and ate there. The food was delicious. They then left and went to Nina's mansion to try out the outfits that they bought. They tried it on with the jewellery and makeup with the mask. Nina had contoured her face to enhance her cheekbones and made her nose look pointier by using some sort of clay that she had bought at the costume shop. She also had made her lips look a little bigger to alter her appearance.
