Walking Again
Jakes said "my darling can walk again."
Laura said" so exciting, I thought I should come at your work place and surprise you I am walking again babe. "
Jakes said" I knew you will do it soon, in Smith family we don't give up."
Laura said "I brought you food and you have a new assistant a male one."
Jakes said "yes, after what happened with Susan at the work function I couldn't continue working with her."
Laura said "don't tell me you fired her, you don't want us to be sue for harassment."
Jakes said" I didn't fire her, I placed her in one of our companies she is a PA for our manager Tom at the IT solutions."
Laura said "that's good news, did you do it because you were scared you will repeat that mistake."
Jakes said" no, I can't have people in my life who won't respect our marriage my wife, and boundaries once over stepped things get messy."
Laura said "I understand proud of you my handsome husband, let me go home to watch series."
Jakes said "watching series, you can stay here help me with this business reports and our media company the account department needs new supervisor."
Laura said "I was joking about watching series, I'm working on getting clients on our insurance company the ad they did is boring but I can sit here and work with my partner."
Jakes said "like the old times, you should work here this thing of us managing or working in different companies, we should be like this be a team."
Laura said "we are a team, please tell them to organize an office for the CEO the other boss and your business partner which is me."
Jakes said "you don't have to work here, the media company is your baby you love going there a lot."
Laura said "all those companies our babies, Skype or videoconferencing they will manage. It is time I treated them like all the others I haven't check on our finance companies."
Jakes said "all our companies are doing great, growing and making profits."
Laura said "my office will be next door partner, and I expect welcome party. I should let my employees at the media company know I want a farewell party."
Jakes said "I'm dead, you sound like you're leaving them for our international companies, they will be fine and you are a leader delegate love."
Laura said "enough about leadership talks, let's work no distraction."
Jakes said" that will be hard you looking this hot, you don't make it easy woman."
Laura said" careful now you don't want me to report this to the HR, the CEO is flirting with me and kissing my hands at work."
Jakes said "that sound like one serious case I won't recover from this and my career it will be over."
Laura said "this is fun."
Jakes said" fun and not getting any work done."
Laura said "lucky for us we are the boss."

Jakes said "now that my wife can walk again and go to work. Now is the perfect time to surprise you or get back on you for getting a clown to scare me."
Laura said "so, this is like a prank."
Jakes said "no, you will not see it coming if it was a prank."
Laura said "I'm now nervous, better not what I am thinking, sky diving banshee jumping."
Jakes said "I should have thought of that, careful you are giving me ideas."
Laura said "this is not funny."
Jakes said "we are here."
Laura said " there's a helicopter with poster" I love you Laura" and that bridge with balloons, no am I crossing this long bridge babe?"
Jakes said "yes, flowers with cards in it and when you get to the other side there's a message for you."
Laura said "I'm scared, it will take me long to get there what is this message and all this people here I'm going to pass out. You win should not have done the clown thing."
Jakes said" I'm glad you did, no longer scared of clowns, you can do this and people here are there to cheer on you. You do want to know what is on the other side."
Laura said "fine, let's do this."
Jakes hold her hand and walk to that long bridge, she was picking up flowers along the way, with messages"

*I remember how we got married my lovely bride feels like yesterday, happy ever after that's what we thought our life will be but marriage is hard work and now we have grown learn to love each other the way God wants us to.

* treat you like the Queen and appreciate you.
Finally
On the other side, Elijah standing there with a big poster "life is so complicated and messy, crazy thank God for his Grace. I would not want to do this life thing with someone else, you are my world, and nothing else matters to me than waking up next to you and you smiling. Can you love me again, fall in love with me again and will you marry me again?"
Laura said "yes, I will do it again and again honey."
The crowd cheering and the band singing. Not only did she get this beautiful surprise she was able to push through her fears, do it even when you are scared and life is amazing when you have people who will support you and walk with you step by step and not tell you, "you are crazy to feel that way there's nothing to be scared of " jakes was there for her leading her as her husband supposed to do, care and love your wife and challenge each other to do better.
Renewing the vows
This time it was different not young thinking they will always live happy ever after and that marriage was easy. They knew they didn't have this life thing all figured out and now standing before God making vows they knew what it meant to say" I will respect and honour, to love and cherish you, in sickness and in health and for better or worse " their vows were simple and short this time. They now knew is not about sweet, romantic words and that vows need to be taken seriously, honour your vows not the same as making promises where you break those promises, this is more than just words both spouses say to each other and to hold on to that no matter what happens or how you feel. Well, until death do as apart, I plan to honour our vows our marriage.
Now pronounce to you Mr & Mrs Smith again.
