Extreok bared her teeth, "A dragon! We will need the rest of us to fight this one Jarvis!"
The Book of Life's pages flipped aggressively. Jarvis nodded, "Already on it!"
The dragon spread out their wings to stretch them. They then looked down, "The Sages? To be under someone else's control. How far you have fallen."
Whitelash growled, "To create a contract with someone weaker, does the Dragon's pride mean nothing?"
"Your words fail to anger me Namish."
"I no longer go by that name."
"Ha! So you've gone that far!"
The dragon folded its wings, "Ah the feeling of first stage. How nostalgic and disgusting. To think I was once this weak!"
Spikes of ice formed in the air and shot forward. Suddenly a wall scorching hot flames arose. Melting the spikes to insignificant pebbles.
The dragon tapped the ground. The golden ground area shattering. It yawned, "Troublesome. Who dare summons a fragment of that area?"
The arena swiftly returned to normal. The dragon had shattered Yielya's grand skill!
Guarton swished his tail, "You returned the earth element to me. You might just regret it."
The dragon sneered, "Hmph, I am the one who will be needing a handicap."
A flap of wings could be heard, "Ha, as if. You know that at our full strength you wouldn't stand a chance!"
The dragon moved its head and stared at the crane, "Neorvil, so this mortal has subdued all the Sages? Excellent!"
The dragon roared, "I, the great Namasah, will fight you! But only at your strongest! Allow me to see what the Sages are capable of when they work together! Show me the form lost in legends!"
Johan adjusted his glasses, "Are you sure of this?"
Namasah spoke confidently, "I am an almighty dragon. If I am not confident in my own ability then I do not deserve to be one!"
Neorvil harrumphed, "As if! You're not worthy of the form. At your current state we can beat you with our own power."
Namasah tapped a claw onto the ground. Within a blink of an eye ice spread out rapidly, encasing the Sages and Jarvis.
Guarton erupted, flames spiraling up in a pillar. He shouted, "You do not hold a mastery of the elements!"
Namasah merely yawned, "Hmph, as if some lesser lizard would understand."
Guarton was about to erupt with anger, however Jarvis patted his back. Guarton stopped, surprised that Jarvis had gotten past his flames unharmed.
Jarvis walked up to the Dragon. Namasah arched his neck down to stare at him, "To approach me so confidently. To control the Four Sages. To show no fear upon looking into my eyes. You're an intriguing one."
Jarvis was awestruck by the beauty of the Dragon, he was mesmerized by it.
After summoning the Sages he could no longer help himself and wanted to get closer.
Jarvis reached to touch the Dragon, but his hand turned into ice. Namasah snorted, "Perhaps you aren't as special as I had thought."
A warm sensation spread across Jarvis and the ice shattered. Namasah looked back with a sudden interest, "The feather of an Origin Phoenix. To obtain such a treasure, interesting."
Namasah suddenly blew at Jarvis. The piercing cold wind sent him flying back.
His fall was broken by Extreok, a gentle wind slowed him to a stop.
Namasah roared, "Enough! Now fight me at your greatest!"

Wrock cringed, his cursed gauntlets flaring up. The feeling was disgusting, like slime oozing up your veins.
Igniting his War Sight, Wrock suppressed the curse.
Uwooooooo~
A strange sound came from the eruption of energy. As it faded a grotesque figure stood, instead of Iyh.
It was slightly larger than the average human, it's body looked like a fat stick figure. Except it's arms were far larger. Upon a closer look Wrock saw hands sticking out everywhere from the arm. Fingers moving.
"Argh!"
Wrock tumbled across the ground, the grotesque monster moved far quicker than anticipated.
With a wry smile Wrock murmured, "It was able to surpass my stats with my War Sight active?"
With a quick glance Wrock inspected his HP. The damage wasn't great. With what had occurred Wrock theorized that the new foe was speed oriented.
Wrock lifted his hands into a basic fighting stance, "So, you're Greed?"
Cursed items cannot be artificial. Even if an object was cursed artificially, it would slowly fade away with time if not maintained.
Natural curses that stick to items create Cursed Objects. Wrock's gauntlets are a prime example.
Natural curses are born from an excess of certain negativity or harm. Wrock's was created from the excess of harmful diseases.
Natural Curses are named from what they were born from. Wrock's being Plague.
The Curse Manifestation, the beast that forms from a Curse gone rampant, usually shows characteristics of the name.
The Land Guardian was a being of disease, all sorts of disgusting signs across its body. It was given unholy amounts of strength to show the power of its disease.
The Curse Manifestation of Greed was the insane amount of hands on its arms. Speed to show how quick greedy hands move to claim what they want.
A battle of Power versus Speed!

"Synced Nexus?"
Stars quickly explained, 'Most likely an outdated term, but when a powerful item and its user link, they naturally gain more powerful. Synced Nexus takes that on step forward, this gives the user more power than any Berserk ability can provide!'
"Is it something we can do?"
'Most likely not. With Givale also being linked all three of us would have to completely sync for it to work. Doing it with just two is an incredible feat, many never live to see it happen! Anymore is pointless due to how difficult the task is!'
"A shame, perhaps one day we can try. For now I'll have to use other methods."
Akiol's orange aura faded and erupted shortly later. Now red with an occasional flicker of yellow appearing.
This was the same Aura he had used against Rygeth!
This Aura was a perfect ratio of stats tailored by Akiol. Additionally it was even more powerful than the common Orange set of Aura Akiol usually used.
Of course using this Aura requires some more concentration on Akiol. So he usually opted for the weaker version for quick power ups.
Uyana attacked several times, her bokken a blur to the audience. Akiol blocked several blows, adjusting to the difference in strength.
He was still at a disadvantage, but not so large he couldn't overcome it with skill.
Akiol readjusted his stance, "Now, let's see how far you can go!"

Gan flipped back, "Tsk, it's impenetrable."
A semi-translucent bronze energy covered Tilia. She rolled her shoulders, "You can't break my defense. It will only be a matter of time before we win the match."
"Everything has its limit, let's find out yours!"
The energy brightened in several spots, indicating where Tilia received Gan's blows. Despite the extreme power behind the strikes, Tilia remained unharmed.
The truth was that Tilia's War Sight did have a limit. However it wasn't as straightforward as durability. Instead its toughness relied on Tilia's will to protect. As long as she had a steel will to protect something, her War Sight would never fall.
After years of battle with the party, no casual battle would be able to shake her will.
A steady mountain remains through even the passage of time. This was the true strength of |Immovable Mountain|!

Noen shakily stood up using his staff as support. Kan'na lifted a hand, a magic circle hovering in front of it, "So, what's it going to be?"
Noen grinned, "It's not yet my time to shine."
"Then it won't ever be."
Several thin needles appeared and shot towards Noen. These were blocked by a quick spell, a wall of earth rising to stop the needles' path.
Noen gripped his staff, "I'll be buying time if you don't mind!"
